    Whether it’s your first time going vegan for World Vegan Month or Veganuary or you have tried before and giving it a go again, these amazing vegan dinner ideas for new vegans will help ease your transition!

    Going vegan seems daunting for a lot of people. That’s why for many, it’s a transition. Many people incorporate meatless Monday meals for a while or reduce the consumption of one type of meat. Others go vegetarian first.

    One of the tips for going vegan that we always give is that you should make a list of all the foods you love and then find a vegan replacement for that.

    So many people assume that veganism is all about salads and smoothies. Lots of carrots and lettuce. And while that is true for some, especially raw vegans, for many, especially in the beginning stages it simply doesn’t have to be that way.

    The first step is to look at why you are going vegan. Is it for your health? The environment? Animals? Maybe it’s a combination of all of the above.

    However, if you are going vegan for the environment or animals, then you likely enjoy the flavors of meat and cheese, but you know that you have a moral obligation to do better and that’s constantly weighing on you.

    If you fall into this category, then you are likely someone who wants to still eat things like burgers and pizza, lots of creamy pasta dishes and cheesy fries. Those are your things and we are here to tell you that with just a few swaps you can have every single one of them.
