Absolutely!  In fact, most of our snack ideas will last for 2 weeks or more. This means that you have that ability to make a batch of things and last you for a long time. 

Plus, they are all freezable which means that you can technically meal prep for an entire month at one time! 

Are the vegan snacks allergen friendly?

Most of the snacks do contain nuts in some type of way, however, for four out of the five, you can sub sunbutter to make completely allergen friendly.

We always want our food to be as accessible as possible for as many people as possible which is why try to be inclusive with ideas and swaps.
