    Frequently Asked Questions:

What is Country Crock’s Plant Cream made of?

Can you whip stiff peaks from Country Crock Plant Cream?

The answer is yes! In about 4-5 minutes depending on your mixer, speed, and other factors, you can go from completely liquid to stiff peaks just like you remember with traditional dairy based heavy whipping cream.

For best results, you want to make sure that your non-dairy whipping alternative has been sitting for at least 4 hours in the fridge. If it’s not cold, you will not have desired results.

How long is Country Crock Plant Cream good for?

You want to store it in the fridge. Country Crock does not recommend freezing unless you plan to use it for ice cream.

While the shelf life is 9 months, once opened, the plant cream should be used within 5 days.

Overall Review Thoughts: We loved it! Seriously!

There is a very neutral taste to the product which we love because it can be used in sweet or savory dishes.

It truly whipped and well. It only took about 4-5 minutes for it to go from liquid to whipped. We were really impressed.

We have used it on top of warm beverages and pancakes so far (besides just right off the spoon!) and have loved it so much. We can’t wait to continue to play around with the product in more way.

How can I use Country Crock Plant Cream?

Country Crock recommends 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla per 2 cups of plant cream in order to make traditional sweet whipped topping.

You can use that on so many recipes, but here’s a few favs!

have you experienced it separating? anytime I try baking with it or cooking warm dishes it separates and gets VERY oily and I can’t figure out why.
