    Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes with Garlic

    Ingredients

    • 24 oz baby potatoes
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 8 cloves garlic, minced
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    • Wash all the potatoes. Cut them in half.
    • Place on a baking sheet with the garlic. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.
    • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a fork easily pierces through to the middle. Time dependent on how large potatoes are.
    • Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
    • Use immediately or place in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
