    🥘Recipe Ingredients

    vegan banana turmeric ingredients.

    Gather your ingredients!

    • Non Dairy Milk – Any non-dairy milk will work, but we specifically like to choose something higher in protein, like soy milk for this recipe
    • Ginger – Fresh ginger is preferred over ginger powder for this recipe
    • Banana – we recommend using frozen bananas for a cold, creamier smoothie without having to add even more ice.
    • Dates – an optional ingredient, but we enjoy the little bit of natural sweetness to the smoothie

See my recipe card below for a complete list of the ingredients with measurements.

    Substitutions and Variations:

    • Non Dairy Milk – Besides soy milk, we’d also recommend canned coconut milk or fresh coconut milk if making by hand
    • Ginger – You can use powdered ginger for this if that’s all you have on hand
    • Banana -a non-frozen banana will still work
    • Dates – could sub with agave, maple syrup, or date syrup
    • Silken Tofu – if looking to add protein to this smoothie, we’d recommend silken tofu for this particular one

Yes, as long as your blender will hold the ingredients.

    Can this be frozen?
