    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • ½ cup dairy free milk (may need up to another ¼ cup or more to thin)
    • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, Optional
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, Optional
    • coconut oil or vegan butter for pan

    Instructions

    • Add all your ingredients to a blender.
    • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
    • Add a small amount of coconut oil or vegan butter to a skillet over medium low heat and allow to melt.
    • Add ¼ cup pancake batter to a skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
    • Flip pancake carefully and cook 1-2 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and repeat until no batter remains.
    • Serve with pancake syrup, fresh fruit, and any other desired toppings.

      My toddler has a ton of allergies and it has been so difficult to find an easy and tasty recipe that she enjoys. Thank you for this recipe and your videos! It was the sweetest morning being able to cook with my toddler and have her just throw it all in the blender. Amazing texture.

      These pancakes are delicious and so easy to make! The hint of cinnamon in every bite! Wow! I served mine with strawberries and maple syrup. I absolutely love your recipes!!! Please don’t stop!! 😋
