This is such a classic dip, especially for parties, tailgating and holiday get togethers; however, even if you just wanted to make to enjoy yourself for movie night, that’s totally acceptable too.

It’s a hot dip that is served with your choice of tortilla chips or crackers.

We loved creating a vegan spinach artichoke dip, that was surprisingly easy to do and just as delicious, maybe even more so, than the original version.

Bonus tip: This makes for a delicious pasta idea too. We usually just add a bit more milk to make it more pourable and sometimes even throw in pieces of vegan chicken. I guess we should make that a whole post huh?

There are two ways that you can make this vegan spinach dip. One is in a small slow cooker and the other is a skillet method.

If using a crockpot, add all your ingredients together and stir until combined.  Turn the crockpot on low 30 minutes before ready to serve. Stir again before serving.

Either leave on low and watch or turn off after 1 hour of being on so it doesn’t burn.

If making In a skillet, over medium low heat, combine all the ingredients, except the spinach and artichokes and stir until the cream cheese is melted.  Then add in your spinach and artichokes. Stir together and let cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring to avoid burning until spinach has wilted.

Your hot crab dip is my absolute fave so I have very high expectations that this dip will be just as delicious! Can I do the oven method on this dip, like the oven technique on the hot crab dip? Seems like it should work, right? Similar ingredients, different theme? Hope you respond! Thank you!! Love all our recipes!!
