We had tried the Original Bitchin’ Sauce before, but never any of their other flavors, so we found a few and decided to do a Bitchin’ Sauce review!

If you have never heard of this company before, they create almond based dips and sauces. There are more than a dozen flavors, however, we were able to find four of them local to us! If we try others not in the video, we will be sure to upload photos and thoughts to this post.

We are also on the search for just amazing dips and sauces because we love them so much!

If you haven’t seen our other taste tests, we hope you’ll check those out as well.

Original Bitchin’ Sauce Review

Thoughts: LOVE! That’s all I really need to say. We absolutely love the taste of this one. We do wish it came in a bigger container, but overall it’s just pure amazingness and we think everyone (we isn’t allergic) should try it

Ingredients: Water, Almonds, Grapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Nutritional Yeast, Bragg Liquid Aminos (Soy Protein), Garlic, Spices, Sea Salt

Top 9 Allergens: Soy, Almonds.

Cilantro Chili Bitchin’ Sauce Review

Thoughts: Personally we loved it, but it would only be for special things like tacos or something. The cilantro taste is very strong, so if you aren’t someone who likes cilantro taste, you’ll want to skip this one.

Ingredients: Water, Almonds, Grapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Cilantro, Nutritional Yeast, Bragg Liquid Aminos (Soy Protein), Garlic, Spices, Sea Salt

Top 9 Allergens: Soy, Almonds.

Chocolate Sweet Sauce Bitchin Sauce Dip Review

Thoughts: We again thought it was delicious. If you love chocolate hummus, but want something with a cleaner ingredients list, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Ingredients: Organic cane Sugar, Water, Organic Sunflower Oil, Almonds, Cocoa, Organic Coconut Aminos, Nutritional yeast, Vanilla, Sea salt.

Top 9 Allergens: Almonds, Soy.

Chipotle Bitchin’ Sauce Review

Thoughts: Andrew said this was his favorite one and he loved it. Larisha already loved it but wouldn’t say that it was her favorite. There is definitely more of a kick here and lots of that peppers soup.

Ingredients: Water, Almonds, Grapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Nutritional Yeast, Bragg Liquid Aminos (Soy Protein), Garlic, Chipotles (Chipotles, Vinegar, Tomato, Spices), Spices, Sea Salt

Top 9 Allergens: Soy, Almonds.

Overall Thoughts on Bitchin’ Sauce

We were honestly shocked at how well we liked all of the products. We do feel like they are priced a bit high for the amount that you get, but understand that it’s a new product and the price may come down as people purchase it more.

These dips are smooth, full of flavor, light and refreshing. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Our Bitchin Sauce Hot Takes

Larisha’s fav is still the Original – sometimes you just don’t touch a classic. While Andrew’s is chipotle flavor for his favorite.

We can’t wait to try out the other versions!

  1. Jewel-Osco was offering a free sample of the Bitchin’ Sauces, so I had to give it a try. Grabbed one of the Chipotle flavor and … well, damn! Wasn’t expecting it to be so creamy and tasty! It has some heat, but it’s a really nice blend with a smoky pepper flavor that really balances the heat with the flavor. Yeah, the regular price on this is a bit high for the portion size, but I may still pick it up, particularly if its on sale. It’s a really wonderful dipping sauce for fresh veggies, chips, pita and the like. Really enjoyed it.
