Review Thoughts:
There’s a few things that we want to call out.
- We like that there are vegetable extracts in the noodles as added nutrients.
- There was more sauce on the gluten free version than the white cheddar gluten version.
- It’s a great box pasta, but it does lack some cheese flavor, still it was one of the better ones that we have tried on the market.
- The sauce was really creamy and had a nice buttery flavor.
- The box recommends ⅓ cup non-dairy milk and 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons butter depending on the box. We used unsweetened, unflavored soy milk and Country Crock Olive Oil Plant Butter for our boxes in the taste test.
- The boxes are either 5.5oz (regular) or 6oz (gluten free). It was a bowl full and said it was two servings.

Can I make a homemade vegan mac and cheese?

Absolutely! In fact, our 15 minutes vegan mac and cheese is sometimes even faster than making a boxed mac and cheese.
