Culvers (all burgers are out, kids grilled cheese and of course their custard and concrete mixers are also out) but not sure about the rest
Starbucks – there is more to this list, plus if you are not severely allergic they do make all their mixed drinks with dairy-free alternative milks

Hardee’s / Carl Jr’s

From my understanding McDonald’s fries don’t have dairy in them it’s just cross contamination. I’m in a dairy free group that is highly over all that and this is a major thing we have gone over and everyone has gone over this and they have discussed this time and time again. We have people in our group that are anaphylactic so they check everything.

Kfc chicken contains dairy. I think they must soak or inject it into the chicken itself because I’ve tried it without the coating and it bothers me quite a bit.
LarishaBernard
Hi Patsy. According to their website it does not. You could be reacting to cross contamination with another product or another ingredient inside their recipe. It’s best to reach out to the company directly, but this is where we obtained the information: https://www.kfc.com/nutrition/food-allergies-and-sensitivities

This definitely surprised me……just found out today that we are doing a 2 week dairy free trial with my son to see if it helps……he is going to be so sad about no McDonald’s fries they are his favorite treat, but explains why he gets a belly ache each time 😢
LarishaBernard

Love this list! Just a heads up chick fil a discontinued their Chili Lime Vinaigrette. It was the most devastating news for me! Some locations may still have some packets left over. Our local one gave me a huge bag of the packets because they were going to throw them out.
LarishaCampbell
OMG I know! I just updated the post. I was devastated to learn that when I went in recently.
