When warming up you will likely want to add another splash of dairy free milk to the dish.

We do recommend that you toss with some lemon juice between storing in an air tight container in the fridge until ready to use. Doing this will ensure that your apples to not brown.

No, and we don’t recommend that you do. Apple peels are loaded with nutrients and there is no need to remove them for this recipe.

Yes! We are using fresh ingredients, healthy grains, and plant based milk. While we are using a natural sugar, be mindful that maple syrup is still sugar and adds that in there.

  1. This is so good! I’m a busy mom and want to
Make ahead meals as much as possible. Do you think this would be good if I make it for a couple
Of days in advance and put in the fridge and reheat?

    1. If made all together, It kinda gets gummy after day 3. But for a day or two in advance yes. You will need to add more milk.

  2. 5 stars
HNY and ty LB! 🥳 Am eating this as I’m typing. It’s delicious-for extra protein, fiber, iron, potassium & calcium I added some toppers I had on hand-raisins, almonds & walnuts. Next time I’m not going to cook the apples to get the extra crunch.

  3. 5 stars
If you are thinking about making this, you should. It’s easy, quick, tasty, and fulfilling. I typically start my day with oatmeal to support lactation and this definitely helps. Thank you for sharing another amazing recipe!
