Blended Overnight Oats Ingredients

Gather your ingredients!

Oats

You want to use rolled oats, also known as old fashioned oats, for this recipe. Quick oats give a more gummy texture when blended and are more easy to over-process.

Plant Based Milk

Any plant-based milk will work for this recipe, but we like oat for a creamier texture.

Matcha

You’ll want to use a ceremonial grade matcha powder. This does give earthy tones, so if you aren’t used to it, it’s important to note that a little goes a long way.

Plant Based Yogurt

We like adding our favorite creamy yogurt to this one to cut some of the earthiness of the matcha but also add in some more protein.

Chia Seeds

This is adding some additional protein to the dish. You have the option to blend in or leave whole to soak in the mixture.

Vegan White Chocolate

The combo of the white chocolate and matcha go really well together; however, this is optional.

Additional Ingredients

We’re also using salt, vanilla and maple syrup for flavor add ins.
