We’ve outlined everything on Wendy’s allergen menu that is vegan. Check out our Wendy’s vegan menu options to see everything that is vegan at Wendy’s.
Wendy’s vegan menu options probably are not the first thing to pop into your mind when considering how to find vegan fast food; however, we are happy to share that there are a few options at this popular U.S. fast food restaurant.
Often times we are asked why a vegan would want to eat at Wendy’s. While there may be many reasons, there are two big ones for us:
- Sometimes people are out, whether traveling or just can’t get home in time, and they need a meal
- Just because you’re vegan doesn’t mean you shouldn’t able to enjoy fast food
What is Wendy’s?
Wendy’s began in Ohio in 1969. It is one of the biggest American chain fast food restaurants worldwide with almost 7,000 locations.
Even though they are known for their burgers and fries, there are still some Wendy’s creations that you can have as well if you are vegan.

Not sure if they still have broccoli and cheese baked potatoes but if they do you can ask for just broccoli without the cheese for your potato. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a few years but that used to be an option.

Always helpful to have these guides. I just heard on Amy Schumer’s podcast 3 Girls 1 Keith that Wendy’s has refused to sign agreement like other fast food restaurants, to support agriculture workers earning a fair wage by signing onto a written agreement. It’s hard to avoid every company that refuses to do good in the world but avoiding Wendy’s & opting for other fast food companies would be a good choice to support the men, women & teens who pick our produce.
