HOW DID YOU KNOW WHICH ITEMS WERE VEGAN AT EACH STORE?
Our primary source was the boxes and packages themselves.
Many times the products say that they are vegan right on the packages.
Other times we rely on our knowledge of which ingredients most likely mean that it’s friendly for vegans.
It’s not always possible to know when it comes to sugar in the US, so depending on how you feel about that, you may want to avoid some of the items we tried in this video/post.
Learn about why sugar my not be vegan.
CAN I GET THESE ITEMS ON DELIVERY OR PICK UP SERVICE?
Yes and no!
For the items at Whole Foods you can use the Amazon Prime app or website, you can add all the items to your cart and select either free pickup or free delivery within 2 hours.
Check out the free delivery or pick-up service from Whole Foods! (affiliate link)
If you have Amazon Fresh in your area, you can also order some of the items there as well.
For Aldi, you can use Instacart, but sometimes the speciality items aren’t listed, but you can leave a note for your shopper to look for it.

Wish you were easier to contact. Easy to add contact us to your website. Would like to substitute chopped fresh cranberries in your shortbread for dried. Do you think that would work? Thank you
LarishaBernard
Hi, not sure where else you’ve tried to contact. We try to keep up but it’s not always possible. We haven’t tried swapping fresh for the dried in that recipe. We would chop them very small so they don’t add too much moisture.
