These are the ingredients in Dandies Campers, jumbo vegan marshmallows: Tapioca Syrup, Cane Sugar, Filtered Water, Tapioca Starch, Carrageenan, Soy Protein, Natural Vanilla Flavor.
Thoughts:
There’s a few things that we want to call out.
- The jumbo ones taste just like the mini and regular sizes.
- We love how they taste and to us they are even better than what we remember non-vegan marshmallows taste like.
- The jumbo ones are big enough to fit and take up a graham cracker square.
- When placed over a flame, this roasted just like traditional marshmallows.
- The jumbo ones appear to be about 3-4 of the regular ones.
- They do well in baking.
- They get gooey when warmed.

I had found these at Wal-Mart and like them better than the “normal” ones. never was a big fan of marshmallows, but I could eat a bag of Dandies for sure.
