- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon relish (or same amount dill pickles, chopped fine)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper

- Use immediately or store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
