In an oversized, microwavable mug (12-16oz) whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add in the dairy free milk, vegan butter, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Careful not to overmix.
Microwave for 60 seconds to 1 ½ minutes, or until firm to the touch (timing is based on microwave wattage). Let cool just a little but eat immediately.
Serve warm with vegan ice cream and other favorite toppings.
