  • In an oversized, microwavable mug (12-16oz) whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Add in the dairy free milk, vegan butter, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Careful not to overmix.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds to 1 ½ minutes, or until firm to the touch (timing is based on microwave wattage). Let cool just a little but eat immediately.
  • Serve warm with vegan ice cream and other favorite toppings.
