Vegan Ice Cream Bread

Soft, crumbly vegan ice cream bread needs just 2 ingredients and you are going to be shocked at how easy it is to make! A delicious, yet subtle treat option.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper (optional).
    *If not lining, grease the pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add in the milk and softened dairy free milk
  • Stir together very well until no flour remains.
  • It will be sticky, but carefully remove from the bowl and into the baking pan and spread as evenly as possible.
  • Cook for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove and let cool. Serve.
