Vegan Ice Cream Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper (optional). *If not lining, grease the pan. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the milk and softened dairy free milk
Stir together very well until no flour remains.
It will be sticky, but carefully remove from the bowl and into the baking pan and spread as evenly as possible.
Cook for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove and let cool. Serve.
