Dairy Free Eggnog

This absolutely delicious dairy free eggnog delicious! But it's also egg free! You won't miss either and love sitting down with a cup over the holidays. Super easy to make in under 45 minutes, start to finish.

  • Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add almonds. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes. 
  • Drain the almonds from the water. *Discard the water, you cannot reuse this.
  • Rinse the almonds off. 
  • Add almonds to a high speed blender with remaining 5 ingredients. Blend until well combined.
  • Using a fine strainer or nut milk bag to strainer the eggnog away from the almond pulp. You may have to use the back of a spoon to push the eggnog through. Depending on the holes in your strainer you may need to run it through twice. 
  • Save the almond pulp for another recipe (see recipe ideas above).
  • Place eggnog into a sealed container and chill.  Serve & Enjoy.
