Dairy Free Eggnog
This absolutely delicious dairy free eggnog delicious! But it's also egg free! You won't miss either and love sitting down with a cup over the holidays. Super easy to make in under 45 minutes, start to finish.

Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add almonds. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes.
Drain the almonds from the water. *Discard the water, you cannot reuse this.
Rinse the almonds off.
Add almonds to a high speed blender with remaining 5 ingredients. Blend until well combined.
Using a fine strainer or nut milk bag to strainer the eggnog away from the almond pulp. You may have to use the back of a spoon to push the eggnog through. Depending on the holes in your strainer you may need to run it through twice.
Save the almond pulp for another recipe (see recipe ideas above).
Place eggnog into a sealed container and chill. Serve & Enjoy.
