- 1 spaghetti squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the squash in half all the way around.
Remove the seeds and strings.
Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet flesh side down.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then use a fork to pull back into a spaghetti like texture.
Toss with your favorite sauce.
Use immediately or place in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
