How to Roast Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut the squash in half all the way around.
  • Remove the seeds and strings.
  • Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet flesh side down.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then use a fork to pull back into a spaghetti like texture.
  • Toss with your favorite sauce.
  • Use immediately or place in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
