- 3 tablespoon sugar
- ½ + ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon dairy free milk
- 1 ½ tablespoon neutral oil (sunflower, coconut or vegetable)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vegan sprinkles, optional
In an oversized, microwavable mug whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the dairy free milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until just combined. Stir in the sprinkles.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 ½ minutes, or until firm to the touch (timing is based on microwave wattage).
