Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ + ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon dairy free milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoon neutral oil (sunflower, coconut or vegetable)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vegan sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  • In an oversized, microwavable mug whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add in the dairy free milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until just combined. Stir in the sprinkles.
  • Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 ½ minutes, or until firm to the touch (timing is based on microwave wattage).
  • Serve warm with vegan frosting, ice cream or cream.
