Ingredients

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 apple (cored)
  • 1 cup almond milk (use nut free dairy free milk if needed)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup dairy free almond yogurt (use nut free dairy free yogurt if needed)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup apple juice (*See notes)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • ½ tablespoon agave (or 2 dates)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. 
  • Blend until well combined. 
  • *If using a fresh banana versus frozen, add ice to make colder if desired.
