- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 ½ tablespoon red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ zest of lime
- 1 juice of lime
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently combine.
Serve immediately or store in an air tight container.
Tastes better after the flavors sit together for at least 4 hours. Best eaten within 48 hours.
