  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup dairy free milk (we prefer oat)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, Optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, Optional
  • coconut oil or vegan butter for pan


  • Add all your ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Add a small amount of coconut oil or vegan butter to a skillet over medium low heat and allow to melt.
  • Add 1/4 cup pancake batter to a skillet and let cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip pancake carefully and cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and repeat until no batter remains.
  • Serve with pancake syrup, fresh fruit, and any other desired toppings.
