  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and combine well.
  • Scoop out equal size amounts (it makes 6-8 depending on your size) and shape into a flat cookie shape about ½ inch thick.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
