Homemade Vegan Granola Bars

- 1 cup peanut butter (sub for sun butter or other nut butter if allergic)
- 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup maple syrup or agave
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine everything very well.
Spoon into a parchment lined 8x8 baking pan.
Push the mixture down into one even layer.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for at least two hours.
Cut into bars. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
