Vegan Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Super filling, thick, and creamy, this vegan blueberry coconut smoothie will have you happy with breakfast again! Can be meal prepped!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh- see notes)
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • ½ cup cashews

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. 
  • Blend until well combined. 
  • *If using a fresh banana, add ice if desired.
