This vegan triple berry smoothie combines strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for a delicious on the go vegan breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup dairy free milk (we like oat, but any works)
  • cup frozen blueberries
  • cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh- see notes)
  • ½ cup cashews

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. 
  • Blend until well combined. 
  • *If using a fresh banana, add ice if desired.
