To a saucepan, add the oat milk to a pot over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and use a silicone spatula to scrape the bottom, ensuring no hips remain.
Add in both the cocoa powder and sugar and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, strawberry extract, and salt. Stir.
