Ingredients

  • 7 stalks celery, clean and cut into thirds
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 6oz package cherry tomatos
  • 1 recipe homemade vegan ranch dressing (sub for store bought)
  • spinach, optional decoration

Instructions

  • To start, if you are making the vegan ranch, make that first!
  • Start with a round tray. About 13 or 14" in diameter.
  • Layer cut celery pieces and baby carrots on top.
  • Add all your broccoli on top
  • Take a yellow bell pepper and cut out stars. It's easy to do this with pair of kitchen scissors.
  • Take a red bell pepper and cut off two of the bottom rounded pieces. Then cut two strips and arrange the straw and bow how you see in the video.
  • Add bowl of homemade vegan ranch dip in the middle.
  • Place cherry tomatoes on the wreath and pretend they are ornaments.
  • We also like to keep some extra cut up in order to refill the tray.
