Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup dairy free milk
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon fresh strawberry puree *See Notes
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, more to taste)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mason jar or similar small bowl.
  • Stir very well together.
  • Put a lid on your bowl or jar and place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight. 
  • Add chopped peanuts, if desired, right before serving.
