Vegan Garlic Bread

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  • Into a bowl, add melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, vegan parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.  Stir until very well combined.
  • Cut loaf of bread in half lengthwise. 
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the bread evenly. 
  • Place cut side up on a baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until turning golden brown on top and crunchy around the edges. 
  • Remove from heat, cut into desired sized pieces and top with freshly chopped parsley. 
  • Serve warmed.
