Instructions
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and set aside. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to a large bowl and set it aside.
Add the dairy free butter, dairy free milk, brown sugar, and vanilla to a medium saucepan with high sides. Stir over low heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
Turn the heat up to medium and stir on and off until boiling.When boiling, continue to stir and let the mixture boil for 4 -5 minutes until thicken.
Turn the burner off and add the chocolate chips into the sauce pan. Stir until completely smooth.
Pour the hot chocolate chip mixture over the cocoa and powdered sugar mixture. Use a mixer and beat for 3-4 minutes until well combined and the fudge is beginning to cool and become thick. (It might become paste like.)
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, until set.
Remove the fudge from the pan and slice into 1-inch squares.
