No Bake Vegan Chocolate Fudge

  • Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and set aside. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to a large bowl and set it aside.
  • Add the dairy free butter, dairy free milk, brown sugar, and vanilla to a medium saucepan with high sides. Stir over low heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Turn the heat up to medium and stir on and off until boiling.
    When boiling, continue to stir and let the mixture boil for 4 -5 minutes until thicken.
  • Turn the burner off and add the chocolate chips into the sauce pan. Stir until completely smooth.
  • Pour the hot chocolate chip mixture over the cocoa and powdered sugar mixture. Use a mixer and beat for 3-4 minutes until well combined and the fudge is beginning to cool and become thick. (It might become paste like.)
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, until set.
  • Remove the fudge from the pan and slice into 1-inch squares.
