Easy Vegan Wonton Spinach and Cheese Ravioli
This easy vegan wonton spinach and cheese ravioli is ready in 30 minutes! Can be pan-fried or just boiled depending on texture preference.

- 4 oz vegan feta, softened
- 4 oz vegan ricotta, softened
- ½ cup vegan parmesan
- ½ cup spinach, finely chopped
- zest of ¼ lemon
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 30 vegan wonton wrappers
- 1 cup water
- oil, optional
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. (Continue with recipe while waiting for it to boil)
In a bowl, add softened feta and ricotta. Blend together well.
Add parmesan, spinach, lemon zest, pepper and salt to the bowl and blend together until well combined.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegan cheese mixture to the center of a wonton wrapper. Push down into a small circle.
Add water around the edges, then top with another wonton wrapper and push down to seal the 4 sides. Use a fork and press the two wrappers together on all sides. *Make sure there are no holes of your filling will come out. Repeat until you have no mixture remaining.
Add ravioli to boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and drain well. Serve with spaghetti sauce or garlic butter sage sauce (swap with your favorite sauce). If you would like to pan fry, after draining, add a little oil to a pan over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes or each side or until golden brown.
Makes 15 raviolis. You can do ½ tablespoon of vegan cheese mixture into one wonton wrapper and fold over into a triangle to make 30 if desired.
