Ingredients

Vegan Cheese

  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese (scoop with a melon ball scooper)
  • 8 oz vegan cheesecake cut into small slices

Spreads

  • 8 oz dessert hummus (chocolate or sugar cookie)
  • 8 oz jam or jellies (can do a variety of 2- do fun a new flavors like peach passionfruitd)
  • melted chocolate
  • biscoff spread

Dried Nuts or Fruits

  • 16 oz dried nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachios, cashews, etc)
  • 8 oz dried fruits (cranberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, etc)

Fresh Fruit (just pick a few)

  • 8 oz berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • kiwi
  • orange slices
  • grapes (red or green)
  • cherries
  • figs
  • pomegranates

Vegan Cookies

  • vegan biscotti
  • vegan wafers
  • biscoff cookies
  • vegan cookies

MISC

  • pretzels (rods or regular - dip in melted vegan chocolate)
  • vegan chocolate (bars, candies (like Justins), chips, pieces)
  • vegan mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Add all your cheeses or anything large to your board.
  • Place all spreads into small bowls or dishes and place on the board.
  • Arrange everything else you are adding to the board in a variety of ways Sometimes you can arrange the vegan deli meat in designs and use toothpicks to hold in place
  • Add garnishes like herb sprigs and either serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
