How to Roast Broccoli

- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the broccoli stems apart from the florets. Save the stems for something else (see post for details)
Cut the florets into bite size pieces.
Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
Use immediately or place in an air tight container for 3-4 days.
