Ingredients

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup dairy free unsweetened milk
  • ½ cup dairy free plain almond yogurt
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender.  
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • *If using fresh strawberries or banana, you may want to add ice to make it cold.
