Vegan Coconut Flour Waffles

Easy gluten free vegan coconut flour waffles are quick to make and only need 10 ingredients. No one will be able to tell they are completely gluten free.

Instructions

  • First combine the milk and apple cider vinegar together. Let sit for 10 minutes. 
    *This makes vegan buttermilk. 
  • Combine all the dry ingredients.  Whisk together.
  • When ready, pour in the vegan buttermilk, maple syrup, and both extracts. 
  • Combine with a spatula, just until blended together. 
  • Let mixture sit for 20-25 minutes to thicken up..
  • Once your mixture has sat, then proceed with cooking the waffles according to your waffle maker instructions. 
  • Repeat until no mixture is left. 
  • Top with any syrup, fresh fruit, or other desired topping.
