Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 20oz can jackfruit in water or brine, drained
- 8 oz vegan cream cheese (we use Wayfare or Violife)
- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (we use Violife or Follow your Heart)
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup vegan ranch (click link for homemade or we used Wayfare)
Optional, What to Serve With
- crackers
- tortilla chips
- celery or pepper strips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut hard stems from jackfruit, remove seeds, and shred jackfruit (see post if you need more details).
In a large bowl or directly into the 1 qt oven safe dish you'll be baking in, add all your ingredients and mix until very well combined. Make sure that the cream cheese has been combined well.
Spread into one even layer.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly on the outside.
