Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip

This easy vegan buffalo chicken dip needs just 5 ingredients and can be prepped in minutes. People will be begging you for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 20oz can jackfruit in water or brine, drained
  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese (we use Wayfare or Violife)
  • 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (we use Violife or Follow your Heart)
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup vegan ranch (click link for homemade or we used Wayfare)

Optional, What to Serve With

  • crackers
  • tortilla chips
  • celery or pepper strips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut hard stems from jackfruit, remove seeds, and shred jackfruit (see post if you need more details). 
  • In a large bowl or directly into the 1 qt oven safe dish you'll be baking in, add all your ingredients and mix until very well combined. Make sure that the cream cheese has been combined well.
  • Spread into one even layer.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly on the outside.
