Vegan Pumpkin Waffles

  • In a large bowl, add dairy free milk and vinegar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
    *This makes dairy free buttermilk. 
  • Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla. Stir to combine with a spatula.  
  • Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir with your spatula until very well combined, but make sure not to over mix. 
  • Follow instructions on waffle maker for amount and length of time to cook. 
  • Repeat until all the batter is used. 
  • Serve with maple syrup or other optional toppings like our maple cinnamon butter.
