Ingredients

  • 1 banana, ripe (frozen preferred)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup non-dairy unsweetened milk
  • 1-2 dates, pitted

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender.  
    *If using fresh strawberries or banana, you may want to add ice to make it cold. 
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
