  • Food Process or High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 lb unsalted, roasted peanuts (454g)
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil (or other neutral oil), OPTIONAL
  • 2 tablespoon agave (or maple syrup), OPTIONAL
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon salt, OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Add peanuts to a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend for approximately 90 seconds for creamy peanut butter or up to 3-4 minutes for creamy peanut butter.
  • Add any optional ingredients and blend until the mixture combines well.
  • Store the peanut butter in an airtight container and enjoy!
