Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Waffles

These vegan chocolate pumpkin waffles are absolutely perfect!  Super soft and fluffy and even more delicious with fresh berries! Can be Top 8 Allergy Free.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Whisk together.
  • Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and dairy free milk. Stir to combine with a spatula.  Do not overmix.
  • Follow instructions on waffle maker for amount and length of time to cook. 
  • Repeat until all the batter is used. 
  • Serve with maple syrup or other optional toppings like our maple cinnamon butter.

Notes

*Make it faster, add all your ingredients into a blender and blend just until smooth - do not over mix.  Let sit for 5 minutes before using.
