Vegan Glazed Carrots
These Vegan Glazed Carrots are super easy to make, taking under 15 minutes! The sweet glaze will have everyone asking for more! A great dairy free side dish for all to enjoy!

Ingredients

tablespoon
coconut oil

lb
baby carrots
2
tablespoon
brown sugar
2
tablespoon
agave

teaspoon
cinnamon
pepper, to taste
Instructions
Melt coconut oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Once melted, add in baby carrots. Stir to coat with the coconut oil. Let cook for 3 minutes.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir well.
Reduce heat to medium low and cook carrots for an additional 7-9 minutes or until carrots are easily pierced with a fork.
Remove from heat and serve.
