Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango frozen
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 ¼ cup coconut milk (from a carton, see post for canned)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1-2 tablespoon sea moss gel

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. 
  • Blend until well combined.
