Vegan Cheese
- 8 oz wheels or blocks (try to pick soft and hard)
- 8 oz cheese slices , cut in half
Vegan Meats
- 16 oz vegan deli meats (pick 2 or 3 different ones)
Spreads
- 6 oz cheese spread (could also do hummus)
- 8 oz jam or jellies (can do a variety of 2)
Dried Nuts or Fruits
- 16 oz dried nuts (walnuts, pecans, almond, pistachios, cashews, etc)
- 8 oz dried fruits (cranberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, etc)
Pickled Goods
- 10 oz pickled vegetables (pickles, capers, olives, peppers)
Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
- 8 oz berries
- 8 oz tomatoes
- 8 oz peppers
Add all your cheeses or anything large to your board.
Place all spreads into small bowls or dishes and place on the board.
Arrange everything else you are adding to the board in a variety of ways Sometimes you can arrange the vegan deli meat in designs and use toothpicks to hold in place
Add garnishes like herb sprigs and either serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
