Vegan Sausage Balls
Vegan Sausage Balls are an easy vegan appetizer that needs 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep! They can also be an on the go breakfast idea.

- 14-16 oz vegan ground sausage (we use Lightlife)
- 2 cups pancake mix (we used Original Bisquick)
- 2 cups vegan cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated vegan Parmesan (we used Violife)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne, optional
- ½ cup dairy free milk (we like oat)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and combine together well (use a potato masher or your hands)
Use a cookie scoop and make 1 inch round balls.
Place on baking sheet and repeat until all the mixture has been used.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve warm with a dipping sauce like cocktail sauce, BBQ sauce, vegan nacho cheese or ketchup.
