Vegan Sausage Balls

Vegan Sausage Balls are an easy vegan appetizer that needs 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep! They can also be an on the go breakfast idea.

Ingredients

  • 14-16 oz vegan ground sausage (we use Lightlife)
  • 2 cups pancake mix (we used Original Bisquick)
  • 2 cups vegan cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated vegan Parmesan (we used Violife)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne, optional
  • ½ cup dairy free milk (we like oat)

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and combine together well (use a potato masher or your hands)
  • Use a cookie scoop and make 1 inch round balls.
  • Place on baking sheet and repeat until all the mixture has been used.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Serve warm with a dipping sauce like cocktail sauce, BBQ sauce, vegan nacho cheese or ketchup.
