In order to make this dairy free cheese pizza, you will start by adding some of the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to a large bowl. Whisk that together. Then, you’ll add in warm water and olive oil and stir together. The next step in making this dairy free pizza crust, is to add more flour and then roll out onto a floured surface. You will add a little more flour at a time and knead it together for no more than two minutes.

After the dough has risen, you’re going to roll it out onto a floured piece of parchment paper. Roll the dairy free pizza crust out into a circle to be approximately 17 inches in diameter. Carefully make sure that your dough is as even as possible. Using a fork, poke hole gently around the pizza, avoiding the outer edge that will be your crust.

Any dairy free toppings you are adding, should be cooked prior. Once you have all your toppings on you dairy free cheese pizza, then you can pick it up on the parchment paper and place it carefully on the pizza stone.
Cook the pizza for for 6-8 minutes. The edges should just start to be golden brown. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly, cut and serve.

Notes
2. Do NOT overwork the dough. Each step should be just enough that you can move to the next one. This is especially important when you are kneading.
3. If you want to make a personal pizza size or very thin crust, you may cut the dough into two equal parts after kneading. You can make two pizzas this way or freeze half for later use.
4. You can let the dough sit up to 2 hours.
5. Don’t put a lot of sauce in the center of your dough or it will get soggy.

Made this dough numerous of times and it comes through every time!! Tonight, we made 4 personal pizzas with varied toppings. We don’t have a pizza stone but have used a griddle, grill(highly recommend) and/or oven with much success. That Italian seasoning flavors the dough perfectly. I wish I could share photos of our pizzas from tonight. So good!

Could you make the pizza and freeze it uncooked and the cook it the next day like you would a frozen pizza purchased at a store? I have a birthday party coming up and I’m trying to save me some time, by making some stuff in advanced.
LarishaCampbell
Yes you can 🙂 Alternatively you can leave the dough (not cooked) in the fridge tightly covered for 3 days
